Leadership Watch (LW) is a Non Governmental Organization committed to the promotion of Leadership Role Model and Good Corporate Governance through research, Capacity Building, Leadership Development/Trainings, Conferences, Lectures and Awards. Dr. Martins P. Iwuanyanwu established Leadership Watch in January 1999 with a mission to influence and hold leaders accountable, build and develop their capacities thereby engendering role models in all spheres of society for public benefits.

We are also a strategic partner to the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) amongst other government ministries and agencies in the promotion of ICT education and development in Nigeria. This we have done through our participation in the Telecom Consumer Parliament, Consumer Outreach Programs and conducting of Telecom Consumer Town Hall Meetings and Telecom Consumers Experience Assessment Survey amongst others.
